How will I know the meeting point of my trip?The details of your meeting point will be on the trip listing. Once you book your trip, the details will also be on your trip ticket. Additionally, TripSoko and the trip organizer will communicate to you if any changes come up before the trip date.

What if I booked a trip but I can't make it?Communicate as early as possible. Depending on the trip and how early you communicate, you will be refunded or your payment be transferred to another trip of your choosing.
